Rest stroke in the VL Etude #2 scale run

I focused today on the scale run in VL #2.  Yuri advocated rest stroke on the first string, and I worked on it at a slow tempo to figure out the details.  I decided to start the rest stroke on the B (seems easier to start on i since that finger is shorter than the previous m, and musically the 5th seems like it deserves stress rather than the 3rd) and to end on the open E (also i) to leave it ringing strongly as the scale continues down.  It helps to rest P on string 5, but I don't like how dull things sound when P mutes string 6, so I'm letting it resonate instead.
