In my lesson last night we discussed how my tremolo had gotten very tiring, perhaps because of excess tension. One thing Yuri suggested was to pull across the strings rather than up (which is tempting due to the need to prep again quickly). That seems to help with tension and with accuracy.
Another thing I'd been worrying about in my tremolo is how my pinky sympathetically curves almost to the palm; but Yuri's moves similarly, so I'm not worried about it anymore.
